What I enjoyed most at Banksia Park International High School was the excursion camp with the Outdoor Education class. I had the opportunity to try new experiences and at the same time create better relationship with my friend. However, it was a really good way to explore new places and activities in Australia. I was surprised about the variety of subjects at the school, which allows the students to specialise in the subjects they prefer. And participating in Clubs, which helped to create new friendships.
Teachers were very helpful, really understanding and available to answer all my questions.
What I enjoyed most at Banksia Park International High School was the variety of practical lessons which I have never learned in Japan: Photography, Café Skills, Design, Society & Culture. In my home country, I can learn just academic things.
Teachers were very caring and helpful. Although Japanese names can be difficult to pronounce for most, everyone tried to utter correctly and memorised my name and face.

🌿 Aboriginal Cultural Experience at Adelaide Botanic Gardens
On Wednesday 14 October, Aboriginal students from BPIHS and St Agnes Primary School came together for a cultural excursion to the Adelaide Botanic Gardens
Students participated in a guided Aboriginal Cultural Tour led by Trent Hill, exploring Kaurna culture, the traditional uses of native plants for food, medicine, shelter and tools, and the strong connection between Aboriginal people, Country and culture.
A wonderful opportunity for students from both schools to connect, share experiences and deepen their understanding of Aboriginal culture. 🌿 ... See MoreSee Less
